How it works:
Upload your practice's standard patient intake form after the patient completes it. The AI reads the document, identifies demographics, chief complaints, symptom scores, medications, supplements, diet, history, and clinical notes -- and pre-fills the patient profile in Step 3. You review and confirm before proceeding.
Tip: Any fields the AI cannot confidently extract will be left blank for manual completion. Always review the pre-populated profile before generating recommendations.
